Navé will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please fill out the return form found in your order shipment confirmation email within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached.
Navé must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization form submission. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
